Every time we go to this TSC everyone is very nice and helpful. I would really like to thank them for going above and beyond today. When I went to leave my car wouldn’t crank. Heather came out and helped provide us with a jumper box and an extension cord. She came out to check on us while editing for the battery to charge. I am sure this was not part of any of their job descriptions, but that is excellent customer service! This is how the world should be! Thank you again Heather and the rest of the staff.

Went in to grab some random things and I met the sweetest workers. Brandon and Eric made my experience there so much better with how helpful they were. Will definitely be back!!

Unfortunately there wasn't a store survey on my receipt or I'd fill it out. So just came here to say both my husband and I love when Dewey is at the register. He is always so kind and friendly and treats everyone well, which is very hard to come by in customer service these days. He definitely deserves a raise or promotion for exceptional customer service!

I would NOT recommend going to THIS TS. The grooming station itself was deplorable. No working groomer loops, tub door was falling off, table was unstable, one dryer was out of order and the other was riddled with chew marks and the end had sharp bits of plastic sticking off it. There was urine beside a leg of the tub and the hair clogging the tub was horrendous. It smelled to high heaven in there but my dog was desperate for a bath. The employee supposedly cleaning the station was incredibly annoying. He made me VERY uncomfortable. Kept sneaking up behind me while I was rinsing my dog in their rickety tub. He actually tossed a towel over my shoulder to get my attention while I was drying my dog with the dryer. I mentioned my husband as often as i could. Ignored him for a while. He did not take hints or being told to back up well. I eventually got a little ugly and told him "listen. My dog WILL bite you.(a lie) I will LET him bite you. (Another lie) I would like space, please. Thanks." He backed off of direct contact, but resorted to passive aggressively dropping towels and combs at my feet while he was "cleaning" in there. I did let their manager know. He apologized and informed

The store looks nice but the customer service this guy it’s terrible, he is rude and you ask something and tell you ask someone else when he was doing nothing, 5 stars for the store and 0 for customer service .x2
